MLA Oral History Project

Our own CABL members Jeanette Ryan and Jacque Doyle interviewed Thomas Higdon as part of MLA’s Oral History Project. Higdon, was librarian of the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center Library and a member of the pre-cursor group to CABL, if not CABL itself.

For those of you unfamiliar with MLA’s Oral History Project check out the following link for more information and to learn how to gain access to any published oral histories that interest you: https://www.mlanet.org/about/history/oral-history-project.  This is a really neat project that documents the careers of many well accomplished individuals and keeps alive the history of MLA and Health Sciences Librarianship in general.
